The Sensex, 30-share index was at 18,755.70, down 49.05 points or 0.26 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of 18,758.57 and a low of 18,696.10 in early trade.

• Infosys' revenue increased by 2.6% to Rs 9,858 crore, as compared to Rs 9,616 crore.
• The BSE IT Index was down 3.56 per cent.
• The BSE Capital Goods Index was 0.12 per cent lower.
• The BSE Healthcare Index was up 0.68 per cent.
• The BSE FMCG Index was up 0.59 per cent.
• The BSE Metal Index advanced 0.54 per cent.
