Talking
about the Friday news, Sensex droped by 0.38 percent and closed at
16,967.68 down by 64.88 points and the Nifty ended 18.70 points down,
ended at 5,146.30 down by 0.36 percent.
The
Indian Rupee has weekend to a never so low level of 57.30 level
against dollar, from Rs 56.80 against the dollar on Friday .
With
the fall of rupee, the Gold prices. In MCX , Gold prices have reached
to 29943 level with a gain of 0.34%.
Experts
say that above 29950, gold may go up to 30000-31150 level. So a
strong Intraday buy is suggested for Day traders.
BSE
Realty index (0.36%), BSE Auto index (0.09%), BSE Consumer Durable
index (0.07%) and BSE Power index (0.01%) were the only indices which
closed with gains. BSE Metal index (-1.63%), BSE Capital Goods index
(-0.61%), BSE Teck index (-0.36%) and BSE IT index (-0.29%) were the
top losers.
Among
the 30 frontline stocks listed on the Sensex, top losers included
Hindalco Industries (-3.34%), Tata Steel (-2.70%), Jindal Steel
(-1.63%), Coal India (-1.24%) and HDFC (-1.19%).
Top
gainers included ONGC (1.47%), Cipla (1.26%), Maruti Suzuki (1%), TCS
(0.73%), Hero MotoCorp (0.53%) and Bajaj Auto (0.52%).
